I would try moving the samples there and see if that helps the content library automatically find them. By default mine have always been in Patches/Packs/. However I think you are having the issue because it looks like your samples are located in a different spot than default. I think what I found was that as long as its in the place that Content Library checks for your samples by default it will locate it as long as the individual file names are the same (folders can be named anything). Closed FLS and restarted it to try the same experiment and it found everything again without issue. I moved it back, changed the name to something entirely different again. By default this is the FL Studio Empty.flp preset but you can set it to whichever. So I moved the folder entirely out of the FL Studio folder area where my samples are, and tried the same test: failed finding anything at all. The first (optional) field is the FL Studio directory.
Reopened FL Studio and it found everything automatically. I saved it, then tried changing the name. I made a project and made a copied folder of samples to use in it. I did some playing around just now testing this.
